We are looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners to join our growing team across the Isle of Wight.

✨ PAYE Employed position & Self employed option available
✨ Holiday pay & pension include
✨ Holiday let & domestic cleaning
✨ Flexible working days or nights but must include Friday and Saturday day shifts. (9:30am - 4pm sometimes sooner)
✨ Training provided
✨ Immediate start available
✨ Driving preferred. Mileage is paid.

📱 Have a mobile phone with data, as we use apps for scheduling and job information

We are looking for people who:

🧽 Are reliable and punctual
🧽 Work well independently and as part of a team
🧽 Take pride in their work

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be given.

We often get calls where people say “wow, that’s expensive” when we give a price for a changeover, so we wanted to explain a little more 💬

A professional changeover isn’t just a quick clean. It includes trained staff, PAYE wages, holiday pay, NI, pensions, travel time, fuel, insurance, admin time, commercial products, equipment, laundry handling, quality checks – and the reassurance that your property is guest-ready every single time.

Yes, you can absolutely use a self-employed cleaner and for some people that works well. But if they need two weeks off here and there, that’s their choice… and you’re left to sort cover. If they’re sick, who covers it? If their child is off school, who covers it?

With a professional cleaning company, there is always cover, continuity and accountability. Your bookings don’t stop because someone can’t attend.

We currently look after a portfolio of 80+ properties, which reflects the trust owners place in us and the standards we consistently deliver.
