Yesterday they were heading towards Augères, west of Lyon, in 35°C 🥵

After an incredible few days on the road, plenty of miles and a LOT of driving, they’ve had an amazing time.

They were heading towards Marseille today in 35°C heat with no air con which they described as “being in a fan-assisted oven” 😂🫣

A wee stop for fuel and then it was straight back on the road!

They’re getting close to the finish line now, so if you’ve been thinking about donating, now’s a great time to get behind them. Every donation is really appreciated - we’re getting closer to that £2,000 goal! 💙

Another day on the road for Alistair and Norma!🚗

After taking on the incredible Stelvio Pass in the Italian Alps, today they’ve been in beautiful Lake Como before heading towards Nice via Monaca.

They’ve covered plenty of miles already and, thankfully, the car is still going strong 😂🤞

They’re getting closer to the finish line and aiming to raise £2,000 for Finding Your Feet Amputee Charity.

Glasgow to Nice sounds straightforward enough… until you look at the route. 😂🚗

Alistair and Norma have set off from Glasgow and are making their way across Europe as part of the rally, eventually reaching the finish line in Nice.

Along the way they’ll cover 3,000+ miles, travelling through 6 countries over 12 days.

The whole challenge is in aid of Finding Your Feet Amputee Charity and we’re hoping to raise £2,000 for them along the way.

If you’ve followed us for a while, you’ll probably have seen Finding Your Feet Amputee Charity pop up on our page before.

They’re our chosen charity and one we’re so incredibly proud to support 💙

Founded by the amazing Cor Hutton, the charity supports people and families affected by amputation or limb absence through activities, events and a community designed to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.

We’ve been lucky enough to support FYF in a few different ways over the years including taking part in their annual 'It’s a Knockout' event (and we might have mentioned once or twice that the team has won three years running…).

We’ve had some brilliant times supporting them but this August we’re taking things a little further… all the way to Nice, in fact 😂🚗 Alistair and Norma are taking part in a car rally across Europe to raise as much as they can for FYF.

The car is packed and Alistair and Norma are ready to hit the road! 🚗

They’ll be setting off from Glasgow on their journey to Nice, all to raise money for Finding Your Feet Amputee Charity.

We’ve been absolutely blown away with the support so far and we’re currently at £1,065 of our £2,000 target.
