As maintenance week draws to a close our lovely cottage is nearly ready to welcome its weekend guests!

Our local valued tradesmen have been fantastic

So what’s been done!
✔️ patio taken up, repaired and relaid
✔️ lower garden wall repaired
✔️ safety checks completed
✔️ lots and lots of painting
✔️ new shelves
✔️ some new door handles
✔️ summer deco out and autumn decor in
✔️all carpets cleaned
✔️fibre optic broadband put in

Maintenance is going well! (Ish)

✔️ Patio has ambeen taken up and relaid
✔️ half of the painting has been completed
✔️Annual safety check have been completed
✔️ one room has had an intense carpet clean 😳
✔️ new shelves and door handles in the downstairs bedrooms

The list is still on going! I’m sure we will get most of the list ticked off by Friday ready for our guests this weekend!

Big week this week…

We have a five days of maintenance!

So on this weeks list-
1. Patio is being pulled up, repaired and relaid
2. New door handles
3. Lots and lots of painting
4. Carpets all being cleaned
5. Conditioning all the leather sofas
6. More painting!!!
7. Some new shelves

We are looking forward to working with our regular local amazing tradesmen.
