Working day 61 update! HMO renovation.

Finally getting to the end of our construction phase and into our comfort zone.

It’s been a tough road so far for one thing and another. Budget is on track, timeline we are running behind.
But now we are heading into our bread and butter phases of first and second fix internally we should pull things back with some hard graft 💪🏻

Property renovating is like the gift that keeps on giving (said with much sarcasm)…

We love it, but by heck it doesn’t half test you.
