We had the pleasure of attending the wonderful International Women’s Day breakfast hosted by Time & Leisure Magazine.
Deborah Henly delivered a powerful speech centred on the idea that the female advantage in leadership isn’t about becoming something we’re not - it’s about embracing more of who we already are. She spoke about the importance of emotional intelligence, authenticity, and having the confidence to own our voice.
A brilliant reminder this International Women’s Day to reclaim our achievements and lead with confidence.

🎉 10 years with LW&Co!

Sarah has officially hit the big decade mark today, 10 years working here.

In those 10 years, she hasn’t just been smashing it at work—she’s also met and married Ads 💍, and raised two little Chandler boys (part of the crew)

She knows what I’m going to say before I do (scary but true 😅). She’s the yin to my yang, my reason, my constant. Honestly… I couldn’t (and wouldn’t) do this without her 🩵
