Last Entry for Kylemore House. Sold - done and dusted. Facebook site finished. Great experience, new owners - young family, jealous! Won Best Out Of London House, Best Luxury house in England, (runner up - hush nearly won, 2nd is not bad:-) though, so can hold head up proud - we even beat Candy + Candy! Thanks to all involved, on to the next one. And hobandesign.co.uk launched on the back of it.

The house is under offer, but still more furniture arriving! This incredible ottoman arrived at last - sable/black velour. really makes the room - well done Debs.

Best luxury home , (Runner up 2nd - how dare they we were best) - , we beat candy & candy, Berkeley, octagon, them all - except a trifling £40m pad in Hampstead
