Impact Inventories are recruiting for experienced part-time freelance Property Inventory Clerks to join our growing team for Summer 2021! Immediate start. Flexible working as and when you want!

We are looking for clerks with efficient experience using Inventory Base to carry out professional property check ins/check outs and inventory reports. We require clerks who can 'hit the ground running'. We cover all areas throughout London and the surrounding areas. Impact Inventories have a database of clients covering London, Surrey and Middlesex. We have a reputation for providing thorough inventory reports, with a fast turnaround time.

We are AIIC Members.

Key Responsibilities:
Completing thorough inventory inspections
Tenant Check Ins & Check Outs
Take clear and accurate pictures
Ensure metre readings are recorded

Requirements:
Have at least 1 years' experience compiling property inventory reports
Experience with conducting inventories using Inventory Base software
Good communication skills - clear speaker
Good telephone manner
Means to travel to jobs quickly at your own expense (Fully licensed driver would be preferably, however not mandatory)

Skills:
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills

Benefits:
Excellent rates of pay on a self employed basis
Part time and flexible - you must be available during the week. Must be able to work on Saturdays with enough notice
Option to work Sundays and bank holidays with an attractive bonus for each job

Happy New Year everyone, I hope you had a good a Christmas as you possibly could given the circumstances. I don't want to deter from all the good work that's been going on here, but I just wanted to put up a quick post about local businesses. We all need each other more than ever; and it would be good to support one another; so I just wanted to introduce our business. I know it may not be relevant to a lot of people, but for those who it is relevant to, we have an inventory businesses that has been running for the last 2 years.
