A new registration requirement is coming for landlords in the North West...

Coming into effect in the North West on 15 May 2027, with landlords given until 14 August 2027 to register. The annual fee will be £65 per property.

There’s nothing to do just yet.

We’ll keep our landlords informed and help managed clients prepare the necessary property and compliance information ahead of registration.
