Are you passionate about gardening and take pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Gardener to support our Head Gardener in maintaining our high-quality developments across Lincolnshire.

🌱 What you’ll be doing:
• General gardening & soft landscaping
• Planting trees, shrubs & seasonal plants
• Lawn mowing & grass maintenance
• Hedge trimming & tree pruning
• Weeding, strimming & border maintenance
• Litter picking and site tidiness
• Carrying out small maintenance tasks as required
•Supporting the delivery of high standards across all sites

The ideal candidate will have: A valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points, no DR convictions), a reliable and hardworking attitude, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.

What we Provide...
💷 £17.50–£18.00 per hour
