A deeply relaxing sound bath. We'll gather on the deck beside the lake, immersed in nature and the peaceful countryside. It's the perfect setting to pause, breathe, and simply be.

My idea of heaven on earth - enjoying beautiful autumnal sunshine with fellow friends old and new, having a go at something a little - out of our comfort zone - but guided and encouraged by the incomparable Abby who is making it so easy to relax and enjoy and surprise ourselves with what we can achieve with paint, paper and seasonal foliage from the meadow.

Plus coffee, 🍰 and fun, it’s a memorable day to my file away into my “happy memories” bank 🌟

We’re now gathering on 21st November for Feminine Temple: Womb Descent, and we’ve decided to extend our £188 Early Bird until 21st September.

If you’ve been feeling the pull but weren’t quite ready to commit, we’ve also introduced the option to secure your place with a deposit and pay through a payment plan.

A full day of breathwork, cacao, feminine movement, womb Reiki, self-guided practices, sound, sisterhood, nourishment and space to simply come home to yourself.

Excited for the new season starting in September with such a range of expert wellness practitioners coming to the Studio covering many different disciplines.
Please do check our What's On page on the website as retreats and workshops can get booked up quite quickly.
We have ongoing weekly classes which include Qi Gong, various Yoga techniques - Hatha, Yin and Gentle Flow as well as monthly classes, Cacao Ceremonies and also breathwork.
You will find BOOK HERE tabs. Bookings are made with each practitioner.
Some workshops are directly with Cowslip Meadows.
