A customer was experiencing the transformer in their old spot lights breaking. The cost to replace the transformer and bulb was greater than upgrading the fitting to LED.

With a little advise form us the customer upgraded all the spot lights in their flat to fire rated LED lights whist also future proofing for any future EICR that is conducted in the flat.

Neglecting a hot water cylinder when it needs replacing or attention causes catastrophic damage, not only to your home but multiple properties in the area and causes building insurance premiums to rise rapidly.
