Check out this awesome space saving idea from one of our tenants 🌟

This is the 2nd bedroom in a terraced house and from the mattress length, you can see the width of this room isn’t overly generous 🛏️

A purpose made bed frame meant the old bulky one could be skipped 👎 whilst freeing up space in the room 💯

Also now quite a cool and unique setup for a child 🫶

Last pic 👉 shows the addition of a desk and now plenty of floor space compared to very limited beforehand 🙌

Throwback to our first HMO refurb back in October 2021 in Wakefield 👷‍♂️

This dated 7 bed house was transformed in to a modern and comfortable home for 7 people 🥰

The refurb was throughout and included

- the addition of 2 en suites 🛀
- new carpets
- new velux windows in the attic rooms
- new lighting with motion sensors in the communal areas (vital for controlling costs in a HMO)
- re plastering of worn walls
- a full paint 🎨
- new furniture and mattresses 🛏️
