Quite a major flood rectified in 10 minutes.

Back at the nursing home. The cellar was in a bit of a state, suffering from flood damage. New skirting boards fitted, walls cladded and painted and racking installed, all ready for much needed storage.

This job started out as a simple rub down and painting of the exterior woodwork. As you can see from the pictures, there was a lot of rotten boarding on the front door canopy. I also found a bee graveyard inside! We removed all rot affected wood and re-cladded.

A large fence and gate erected to keep out 'undesirables' The wall was a little dilapidated, so was rebuilt to match.

An old toilet area we converted into a treatment room in a nursing home. We removed and capped off a toilet and sink, replaced the floor and installed numerous cupboards, a combination door lock and a sink unit.
