Are you looking for an exciting career in property?

We're currently looking for someone to join our team as a Local Property Investment Consultant covering Leeds and surrounding areas.

Here's what you'll be doing day to day:

✅ Identify on market opportunities via Agents, book viewings, complete due diligence and make suitable offers in line with our deal criteria

✅ Establish a local network of tradespeople, service providers, agents

✅ Carry out viewings, inspections, check ins etc for our management portfolio

✅ Look after refurbs on behalf of our investors to ensure deadlines are being met

✅ Handle off market leads generated by our marketing team, gathering info, booking appointments and attending those appointments to bring on new clients

Previous property experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training and support will be provided.

You will need a full, clean driving license and have your own vehicle (mileage allowance paid)

Immediate start available.

Full time role, home based with a basic salary of £21,000 plus uncapped commission from month 1
