So it took much longer than we envisioned but we finally completed on the Mirfield house a couple of weeks ago and it is now back to a beautiful family home 🏡

It’s been a hard slog at times with many things thrown at us; but we’ve learnt a lot and will use that education going forward when we start to look for the next one (once we’ve had a well deserved break!)

Finally we are getting towards the finish line of the Mirfield house; this weekend the completed the driveway and it looks fabulous; well done Rich and Isaac 👍🏼

In association with Cracked pot cafe, MINT - Men In Need Together South Leeds are holding our first men meet up breakfast this Saturday at 8am, if you want to come and meet the facilitators from the group in a more relax atmosphere we will be there too.

The rain has finally stopped in West Yorkshire and today was also carpet and bathroom flooring day!! It’s made the house into a home 😍
Rich is putting board down this eve for the laminate to go in the hall, kitchen diner and utility.

Cleaning of windows, kitchen and bathrooms ahead of the carpets and flooring going in next week 🤩

We haven’t done a post for a few weeks, but we’ve been cracking on with painting and putting the kitchen in, levelling floors and now cleaning the upvc window frames, windows and bathrooms. The carpets and flooring will be booked in this week and then it’ll really look like a home 🏠 💝
The best news is that we have our fab buyers back as they have sold theirs; so we’re getting a move on for hopefully a completion in the not too distant future 🤞🏼❤️

We have a worktop, hob and sink!! Things are progressing, upstairs is now painted and we’re prob only a couple of weeks off flooring ❤️

Sadly we have put the house back on the market today as our lovely buyers have lost their buyer - so if you know anyone who is looking for a 4 bed house in central Mirfield, get in touch!! It would be a fab family home or lovely home for people who work from home as lots of space ❤️

We have kitchen cupboard doors on and upstairs is nearly all painted! Not too much to do now, hopefully we will sell it soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼
