Three peaks. Three friends. One incredible cause. 🥾

Our Linley & Simpson team — Molly Dunn, Karla Land and Megan Cornes — are taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for Martin House Children's Hospice.

Martin House provides specialist care and support to babies, children and young people with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families across West, North and East Yorkshire. Their services are completely free of charge, helping families through some of life’s most difficult moments.

As a Yorkshire-based business, supporting the communities around us is something we care deeply about. Molly, Karla and Megan are taking on the challenge to help raise awareness and funds for the incredible work Martin House does for local families.

What’s something people are always surprised to learn about you? 🚜
I can drive a combine harvester.

Have you completed anything on your bucket list? ⚽️
Recently attended the World Cup in America and Mexico. Something my friends and I have wanted to do for a long time!

If you weren’t working in property, what do you think you’d be doing? 🐮
Probably following in the family footsteps and working on the farm.

What’s your favourite hidden gem in the area? 🏞️
Not sure it’s a hidden gem, but Aysgarth Falls, especially when the river is high.

What originally attracted you to a career in property? 🏡
It was something I fell into. I missed out on the university course I wanted and was offered an alternative course in property surveying. This led me to spend time in an estate agency as part of my studies. Once I had completed the course, I applied for estate agency jobs, ended up on the lettings side of the business I joined, and the rest is history!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received? 💬
Learn to do the small things well; otherwise, you’ll never get the big things right.
