Ph Jones Part of British Gas Ph Jones staff do not get to talk to me that way , and I will be posting evidence soon . Decided to not come to a booked appointment because of the weather, and instead of them cancelling the appointment with me they left me a vulnerable disabled tenant waiting all day with no communication from them , they are clearly unsure on how to use a phone to text and call the dedicated numbers to cancel , ( must have been to wet for them ) But if I was not in it goes against me . That individual who just spoke to me the way he has then turned and walked away from me . I hope you like job searching because I will not be spoken to like that in front of my neighbours!!!

Well Leeds sh*tty council strikes again and again , and by the end of next week, you will have more to come and going public, if you think it's acceptable leaving a vulnerable disabled tenant the length of time you have , suffering , and being in pain due to it , when a call out is anywhere between 3 and 48 Hours. You have another thing coming, my customer survey satisfactory answers will be published when you finally show and IV done my new complaint!!

I have stepped back due to personal reasons and the ongoing stress and upset that seems to never end at the hands of LCC , but this weekend I will be back and adding more to my blog of what has been happening of late . From un announced lone males causing me alarm and distress, to LCC calling their own workers incompetent.I have all the proof to add . And it continues to show on my blog just exactly what LCC does in a whole to vulnerable disabled tenants, as long as they get their rent money, some clearly are biased, discriminatory, and outright disrespectful. They can't even apologise once . I've been here officially for a year now and I'm still suffering at the hands of this local authority. I will not be silent. Because I may just help another vulnerable person. Be blessed 🙌.

I'm just taking a break for the time being, while I am having to take a step back due to the ongoing stress and upset that this all has caused, and a decline in my mental health. Services will resume soon .

Good morning all gathering more information to upload, and iv stumbled across some information showing that 1 locol Mp has no compassion when it comes to vulnerable disabled Tennants in their constitution, can breach their data, but cares more about what it looks like what they are doing about a few road works !!
