📩 DM for deals, partnerships or mentoring I help them to strategically invest in the property market using the BRRR (Buy, Refurb, Rent, Refinance) strategy. This has created a substantial and growing portfolio valued at over 2 million pounds. I’m always
keen to speak with investors looking for a fair and profitable return on their investments in the property market. In terms of my back story – I probably had a ‘portfolio career’ before the term was coined. I’ve overcome significant challenges to create business success, by leaning on my natural strengths of perseverance and entrepreneurship. I left school in 1993 after a severe car accident. After a short period of ‘mis-spent youth’ I focused on working hard. My career began as an engineer at BT – a great place to learn valuable skills and develop a strong work ethic. I then embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure by opening a clothing shop in 2006. My designer clothing store achieved recognition by securing second place in the Drapers Award for website newcomers. The financial crash in 2007-10 gave me a taste of adversity, as the market hardened, and banks withdrew overdraft facilities. The lessons learned developed my resilience and helped me face the future. I pivoted into chauffeuring, offering high-quality services to high-net-worth clients, and built a productive, trusted business network, through graft and perseverance. I developed my business interests and became the proud owner of The Good Heating Co., based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Although not an engineer myself, I turned it around and built a highly successful, reputable business with outstanding reviews on Trustpilot and Google, showcasing my ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Now, having sold the company to a well-established local business where I know it will be in safe hands, I’m excited to continue to focus on my true passion: property investment. Away from work, I enjoy aviation and fly both gliders and planes. I like to think that success in my ‘portfolio career’ is testament to the power of perseverance and determination. There is still more to be achieved: I’m open to networking, partnership opportunities and discussions with potential investors interested in the property market.
