Progress continues at pace in Oakwood. The upstairs rooms are getting plastered and ready for prep, and the new kitchen is taking shape with the units going in. The layout works brilliantly and the finish is already beginning to show through, even at this stage.

This project is a perfect example of how we take tired properties, rework the layout, upgrade the specification and create high-quality homes with strong resale and rental value. We’re pushing hard to have this completed for our client before Christmas and the transformation is well underway.
