They come back because the experience at every stage was good enough that when the next decision came around, whether that was more space needed, a later-life move, or a child of theirs buying for the first time, there was no reason to look anywhere else.

Not a summary at the end of the month. Actual information. What viewers said. Where enquiries are coming from. Whether viewings are converting or drifting.
