Cottage garden and outbuilding project completed.
Old outbuilding converted into office/snug with insulation and fire proof ply board installed then filled and painted leaving beams exposed.

External walls treated with a breathable sealant and new doors fitted by others.

The garden area, existing artificial grass taken up and the concrete and rubble underneath broken up and disposed of.

New stepping stones installed along with natural stone edgings to define the beds.

New topsoil brought in and spread and new natural turf supplied and laid.

Trellis fitted to the top of the wall to provide some privacy.

Plants & trees planted.

To finish, the existing patio and path jet washed and repointed.

Really nice project to work on throughout for a great repeat customer!

Jet washing and repointing of old patio.

Slabs had quite bad black spot on the surface and edges of them, we used a removal treatment and jet washed off.

Raked out the mortar joints and repointed with a stone grey jointing compound.

The slabs have come up really well!

Old mortar joints raked out and new stone grey jointing compound struck in.

Any loose slabs were lifted and relaid.

All paved areas jet washed and old mortar joints removed and replaced with a stone grey jointing compound.

Rocking slabs lifted and relaid.

PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) unit installed for a landlord client where high humidity was causing condensation downstairs.

After testing and survey completed over a period of time the area needed better constant ventilation.

We supplied and installed a unit in the kitchen loft with the electrical work completed by a qualified electrician.

Hygrometer already showed signs of reduction in the humidity in the areas downstairs with ideal % being in the 40-50% range.

Cottage garden project where customer wanted the external space to compliment the age and style of the cottage and out building.

Artificial grass, sand and stone removed and disposed of, new beds installed and defined with natural stone setts. New topsoil brought in and spread.

Trees and roses planted to soften the new trellis work.

Random shaped stepping stones installed to the outbuilding where new natural turf will be laid on new topsoil.

New gate installed.

Customer very happy!

Outbuilding works completed with new fire resistant plywood cut and fitted and filled, primed and painted.

Walls inside and outside pointed up where joints had failed and treated with a breathable sealant.

A bespoke Living roof shed supplied and fitted also with a guttering system.

Part of a larger project, customer wanted an 8x8 shed with a Sedum living roof.

We purchased a standard 8x8 shed then fitted a reinforced roof with aluminium edging and membrane to fit the sedum cassettes to.

Looks great!

Outbuilding project - customer wants to make existing outbuilding more usable as a home office.
We have started with pointing gaps in external and internal brick work and then sealing with a breathable sealant to prevent water ingress through weathered bricks and joints

Insulation cut and fitted in between joists and fire resistant plyboard cut and fitted with stainless steel screws then will be filled and sanded to be able to paint.

Good start to the job, customer happy with progress so far.
