Lower Largo project well underway 👌
The team have been busy on this one, getting the prep work sorted and making great progress with the new roughcasting. Another property on its way to a fresh new look and added protection from the Scottish weather 🌧️🏠

Not a bad spot to be working either right by the sea with some cracking coastal views 😍🌊👌

Triple Velux Installation Complete 🔨🪟
Another cracking job finished off this time a triple Velux installation, and what a view to go with it! 🌊😍

We stripped back the existing area, carried out all necessary prep work and installed the new Velux windows, all neatly integrated into the slate roof. Finished off with clean, watertight lead work to ensure it not only looks the part but performs exactly as it should 👌

These installs make a massive difference to the space inside bringing in loads of natural light and completely transforming the room, safe to say we weren’t complaining about the view on this one either… not a bad office for the lads 😅👍

Blebocraigs Upgrade Complete 🔨 Out with the old and in with the new on this one 👌 We removed the existing soffits, fascias and gutters and replaced them with fresh Anthracite PVC fascia, soffit and gutters giving the property a much sharper, modern finish.

We also replaced the verge units with new PVC ones to tidy everything up properly.
Simple upgrades like this make a massive difference to the overall look of a home👏
