Story of Sale: Is off market the best approach?

Interestingly, this home had previously been shown off-market by another estate agent at a lower price. We took a different approach, marketed it to a wider audience with a detailed strategy and secured a sale above the guide price.

One year on…

A year ago, I made the leap leaving behind corporate life to start help build something a little different.

was born from the idea that agency could be done better with a deep appreciation of selling beautifully homes.

There have been long days, harder decisions, and the kind of pressure that only comes when you’re building something special. But there’s also been deep satisfaction in doing things differently.

Looking back, the challenges have only made the wins more meaningful. The trust of our clients, the engagement from our community, and the growing recognition of what we’re trying to do - I wouldn’t change a minute of the last 12 months.
