What a difference we’ve made to this driveway πŸ‘
We removed around **30 tonnes** of the old driveway and replaced it with **20 tonnes of Type 1** to create a proper, solid sub-base πŸ’ͺ
We then finished it with around **15 tonnes of top stone**, with a **double charcoal block border** around the full perimeter to give it that clean, sharp finish 🧱✨
The old driveway used to flood, so we also installed a brand new **soakaway system** across the driveway to help with drainage and keep the water under control πŸŒ§οΈβž‘οΈβœ…
To finish it off, we added a new **sandstone path** in front of the house where the old path used to be, ripped out the old edging, tidied everything up and installed a **brand new fence** πŸ‘πŸ”¨

Another tidy fencing project completed by the team last week! πŸ’ͺ

This job took just two days from start to finish, with a huge amount of groundwork involved. We removed and disposed of four truckloads of overgrown bushes, shrubs, and old edging before getting started on the new installation.

In total, we installed 14 new fence posts along with freshly painted fence panels, completely transforming the boundary and giving the garden a much cleaner, smarter appearance.

The customer was absolutely over the moon with the finished result – in fact, he was so pleased he even fired up the barbecue and cooked us dinner! πŸ‘Œ It's always great to see happy customers, and even better when they trust us enough to book us back in for more work later in the year.

One thing that stood out on this job was the pricing. The customer had no fewer than seven different companies quote for the work, and we beat every single one of them by a considerable margin while still maintaining the high standards and quality workmanship we're known for. 🏑 Another Fantastic Transformation Completed in Coningsby! 🏑

This was a lovely project for a wonderful couple in Coningsby who contacted us over two months ago to secure their booking. As always, we arrived on the exact date agreed with no delays, no changes, and no letdowns – ready to get straight to work.

The garden was looking very tired and outdated, with an old carport that had been standing for many years. Our team began by carefully dismantling and removing the carport before breaking out and removing the old concrete, mud, and overgrown areas.

We then completely transformed the space by preparing and installing a solid 1-inch thick concrete slab, creating a durable and practical area suitable for parking both a car and a caravan. To finish the project, we also installed a brand-new fence line along the side where the old carport once stood, giving the area a much cleaner, tidier, and more modern appearance.

The issue? Posts were spaced 10 feet apart, which caused the fence to weaken and sag over time 😬

The original slabs had failed due to poor workmanship, so we:
πŸ”§ Lifted and re-laid all the lose Indian sandstone and laid them in the proper way on a full bed of concrete and easy prime to make sure they do not come loose again
🧱 Ground out every joint for a clean, sharp finish
πŸ’¦ Pressure-washed and fully cleaned the entire area
πŸ§‘β€πŸ”§ Re-jointed using EasyJoint grout
πŸͺ¨ Fixed loose slabs and re-grouted them for a solid, long-lasting finish
