Lots of Shasta Daisies in bloom up at Navenby cemetery at the minute so there’s going to be a semi-wild look to the ground for a few weeks to give the bees and insects plenty of places to visit.

A *HUGE* thank you to the lovely lady who gave me a bottle of water while I was strimming there this afternoon 🙏🏻

If anyone needs me, I’ll be standing under a cool shower for the foreseeable future!

My certificate has arrived confirming my qualification in pedestrian knapsack spraying (PA6 and PA6AW) to accompany Safe Use of Pesticides (PA1).

I’m now offering commercial herbicide application services alongside grounds maintenance works.

Easter Bunny 🐰 Watch 2026 👀 No sign today… he must be busy getting the eggs ready for Sunday.

Navenby first up this morning getting North Lane play park looking tip top ahead of the Easter weekend. Twenty Row park and the amenity grass at The Venue also trimmed and looking great for the early part of the season.

Then down to Carlton Le Moorland for the second pass over the playing field. It’s still long and there are a lot of clippings but it’ll come good over the next few weeks once it’s down to the correct height and getting regular cuts.

2026 growing season is in full swing and the smell of cut grass never gets old.
