I trust you have all had a wonderful beginning to the week!😁

Our book club met at Starbucks last night, and it was a delightful evening filled with laughter and discussions about books! We are currently reading "Lore" by Alexandra Bracken, a charming mythology/fantasy novel! We are also looking forward to reading "The Surrogate Mother" by Freida McFadden next, which promises to be a thrilling experience!🀭

As a matter of convenience, we have decided to hold our meetings at Starbucks from now on. This means there will be no fees to participate in the book club; simply come along! If you are interested in joining, please feel free to send me a message, and we can have a conversation!😊

Evening everyone!😊

I wanna know what books you're all into! We've read a bunch of different genres since January, and our little book club could use some new members!

We've had a blast with everything from romance to horror! So, if you love books and wanna meet some book-loving friends, come to Take 5 Tea Room in Lincoln on the high street (corner of Robey Street) this Monday at 6 pm! It's Β£8 for a cuppa and a slice of cake or a traybake!

We're reading "Lore" by Alexandra Bracken this Monday (a cool mythology/fantasy book)! Our current read is "murder on the orient express " by Agatha Christie😁

Hi all! What a wonderful little group we have! If you'd like to join our amazing little book club, send me a message and I will get back to you ASAP!
Next meeting is this upcoming monday (7th july)

We have had a few changes.. so let me catch you up πŸ˜‰

Β£8 per person (cake cuppa and venue)
However you will have to bring your own book as I wasn't able to get many copies of some of the books we now have.

We use a spinning wheel to choose the genre and the book for the next week 😊

We also have a little WhatsApp group you can join to talk about books, and have a nice little giggle with the wonderful ladies at our group. πŸ˜†

Ive been doing some thinking...

I'm curious if anyone would be interested in participating in a raffle here. The raffle would involve choosing a certain number of entries at 50p each. Once all entries are sold, I would draw a winner who would receive a book or bookish accessories. Would this be something that appeals to you? If so leave a comment and a like and share so we can spread the word if it does happen?

Good morning, everyone! I'm making preparations for tomorrow and am thrilled to see you all and meet some new faces. But for now, let's discuss cake!

Tomorrow's cake selection includes:

Mint Aero cake
Lemon and white chocolate blondies
Kinder Brookies
Pecan and caramel brownies (vegan/gluten-free)

If you would like to pre-order a cake, please send me a message, and I will happily reserve one for you.

There may also be some white chocolate Easter egg cheesecakes available tomorrow evening, should any remain, but these are not part of the cake and drink deal. Of course, you may purchase them separately.

Good morning, everyone!😊 It's Friday, which means it's only three days until our book club meeting! We had such a wonderful time last time, so please reserve your spot as soon as possible. We have approximately four spaces remaining. You can book either by direct message or by visiting Take 5 Tea Room.

Additionally, I have five extra copies of "The Housemaid." If you are interested in purchasing one, they are available for Β£4 each. They are brand new and from a local bookstore. If you would like to reserve a copy, please send me a direct message, and I will set one aside for you. You can collect it at your convenience.

I've decided to keep the price the same for everyone, regardless of whether you already own the Kindle version. A physical copy is available if you prefer; otherwise, the price will remain unchanged, as previous cancellations have unfortunately resulted in financial losses. It will be Β£12 for cake, cuppa and a book (which comes with a bookmark) deposits are Β£5 upon booking.
