We have launched our website www.bayswoodhomes.co.uk and we are due to submit a new planning application on our first site shortly for 5 new build homes on the outskirts of Lincoln. This will complement a further new build home which already has planning permission on the site. We are hoping to be on site in Spring 2026 to develop these 6 new much needed homes.
