Lindale is a picturesque, historic village situated in the Cartmel Peninsula of Cumbria, just north of Grange-over-Sands and bordering the Lake District National Park. Bypassed to the north by the A590, the village offers a tranquil rural retreat, acting as a gateway to both the lakes and the northern edges of Morecambe Bay.
While Lindale is a quiet retreat, it sits just two miles away from the nearest railway station in Grange-over-Sands, providing easy access along the Barrow–Lancaster line. The village is an excellent starting point for exploring the broader South Lakes.
