Are buyers starting to return to the property market this autumn?

After a quieter summer, there are some encouraging early signs. Zoopla reports that home searches across the UK are now **7% higher than this time last year**, the strongest annual increase seen in 12 months.

For the first time since August 2025, searches are also running ahead of last year across every region and country of the UK.
