A great one to get over the line.

This approved rear extension will completely change how the ground floor works, replacing the existing addition with a much brighter open plan kitchen and living space to the back of the house. With large bi-fold doors and a roof light built into the design, the new layout will feel far more open, connected and usable day to day.

The plans also include a new pantry/store, proving that much needed storage space and giving the whole ground floor a much better flow overall.

A really exciting project to be involved with and one we are looking forward to seeing take shape.

A great planning result for one of our recent projects.

The proposals will replace the existing conservatory with a new single storey rear extension, creating a much more useable open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The new extension has been designed to tie in with the existing house.

The internal layout will also be opened up to create a bright new snug and dining area to the rear, helping make far better use of the space available for day to day use.

A really great planning result for one of our recent projects.

The approved extension has been designed to take on the appearance of a traditional orangery, with decorative fascias, a stepped roofline and a large roof lantern helping to bring plenty of natural light into the new space. Rather than feeling like a separate glazed room, the extension has been fully incorporated into the house to create a bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The end result gives all the character of an orangery, whilst still working as a practical extension that feels like part of the home.

A much bigger and better living space now approved for one of our latest projects.

By replacing the existing conservatory and lean-to with a new rear extension, the layout can now be opened up to create a far larger kitchen, dining and living area. The internal arrangement has also been reworked to provide a new main bedroom with en-suite facilities, together with a separate shower room, helping create a much more usable home for modern living.

A really exciting scheme with some substantial changes throughout, and one we are very much looking forward to seeing move forward.

A great planning result for one of our latest extension projects.

The approved scheme will completely transform how the property works, with a new rear extension creating a much larger open plan living space. The existing kitchen area will be reconfigured to form an additional bedroom. Together with the new master bedroom, the overall layout will make far better use of the space available and create a home that feels much more practical for everyday living.

A strong example of how the right extension can do far more than just add space — in this case unlocking a completely different layout and making the property work much better overall.

Another great planning result for one of our clients.

This was a particularly interesting project, with the approved design creating a completely new first floor space above the existing garage. The challenge here was not just gaining the extra accommodation, but coming up with a design that worked properly for the occupiers, felt right alongside the existing house, and still sat comfortably within its surroundings.

The approved extension will provide a new guest bedroom/games room together with a shower room, making much better use of the space already available. A lot of thought went into shaping the roof and overall appearance so the new addition feels distinctive whilst being in keeping with the existing property and surrounding area, rather than looking like a standard add-on.

Another planning approval recently secured for an extension project we have been working on with one of our clients.

The changes will allow the property to be reworked quite significantly, with a double storey rear extension and new entrance porch helping to create a much more practical layout overall. The new space will provide a large open plan kitchen/living area, a separate utility, and at first floor level a new main bedroom with en-suite.

With both front and rear additions forming part of the design, a lot of care was taken to make sure the new extensions complement the property as a whole.

Recently we were pleased to secure planning permission for extension works to one of our clients properties.

The proposals include a new infill extension to replace the existing side addition, together with a new entrance porch to the front of the property. The changes will help create a more practical kitchen/utility area internally, whilst also giving the front of the property a much more defined and welcoming appearance.

A simple scheme in many ways, but one that will make a real difference both internally and externally once complete.

A great planning result for one of our clients, with approval now secured for a two storey side extension.

The proposal will replace the existing converted garage with a new extension that allows the house to be reworked for modern family living. The new space will create a cloakroom and office/study at ground floor, together with an additional bedroom and larger bathroom at first floor.

Projects like this show how much can be gained from a well planned extension, not just in extra space, but in creating a home that works much better as a whole.

We were really pleased to recently receive planning permission for one of our clients.

The proposals will create a new first floor extension over the existing side extension, allowing the property to gain additional floor space without increasing the overall property footprint. The new space will provide a master bedroom and en-suite, whilst also improving how the layout works for day to day living.

Particular care was taken with the appearance of the extension to ensure it sits comfortably with the existing property, with the roof form and external finishes chosen to complement the house.
