I can’t help but have my Health & Safety hat on when I come across things like this - No one footing a seemingly unsecured ladder in an area that should be cordoned off! 😨

We purchased this 3-bed terraced house in Liverpool for £52,300.
Spending £16,450 on the refurb and £1209 on fees (solicitors/surveys, etc.) made our total investment in the property £70,159.

The property's DUV (Done Up Value) was £85,000, with a 75% mortgage standing at £63,750.

Money left in the property stands at £6409. With cash flow at £300 a month, it would take just 22 months to get your investment out of this deal! Pretty good going.
