one of the BEST parts of letting season is going live with all our freshly renovated houses, that the current housemates secured pre reno.
I mean, they might want to stay on another year, which is always the goal, and in that case it rolls over to next year.

last year we broke the retention record for staying groups, and we love that!!!🫶🏼

that said, what a feeling it is going live with our new houses and seeing groups falling in love with a house we created.

prep is well underway to get ready for another successful letting season, more landlords, more housemates, more homes, new office - let’s go!

people used to think we were crazy for renovating our houses like this.

that old school mindset of “tenants” don’t care so you don’t need to either.

well actually our housemates do. they’re not £ signs, they’re real people who care about where they live & who they live with.

we’ve always believed that if you look after the people who live in your house, they’ll look after your house for you.
