WHAT IS GOING ON WITH SOME LANDLORDS

Just had an appointment this afternoon with a tenant who is due to be evicted because her landlord wants to rent the property they have lived in for over 20 years to a social housing company for higher rent even though she is more than happy to pay more.

I had a look through the court papers and their landlord compliance and just absolutely machine gunned their application to the point where I actually think the landlord will get a jail sentence is he proceeds with this eviction

I have never ever seen so much forged paperwork to the point I have actually called a solicitor to take over this case because it is that illegal

This one will definitely reach the local if not national papers and I cannot wait
