I may feature a property because it’s attractively priced, but that doesn’t always mean it’s rental-ready. Sometimes the opportunity is actually in improving the presentation and bringing the home back to where it should be from a guest perspective.

We also see owners overestimating features that matter to them personally while underestimating what guests actually notice—privacy, pool aspect, outdoor space, themed rooms, and whether the property feels bright and modern online.

There aren’t may standalone 2 storey pool homes in the $300ks this close to the parks and Marbella gives you that classic gated community feel without the higher prices being seen in some of the newer resort developments.

Inside, the layout here works well for families, with enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably.
The main living area opens straight onto the pool deck, which is a plus for families vacationing with young children.
