BED CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: Comfortable double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, 32" TV with Firestick and Netflix, large built in wardrobe, mirror
Bedroom 2: Comfortable double bed, bedside table, bedside lamp, clothes rail with 2 shelves, hangers, mirror
Bedroom 3: Comfortable single bed, bedside table, bedside lamp, clothes rail with 2 shelves, hangers, mirror.
LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a large living space equipped with 2 sofas, a 50" TV with FireStick and plenty of space to sit down and relax.
DINING AREA:
The dining table seats 4 (with a spare 5th seat stored in cupboard) is located in the dining room and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away for a long or short stay in Liverpool. There is a gas hob, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher.
Dishwasher tablets are provided, as well as washing up liquid and handwash. We do not provide washing detergent for the washing machine.
The kitchen is also equipped with tea, coffee, sugar, saucepans, a frying pan, corkscrew, chopping boards, baking trays & more.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one bathroom in the property located on the first floor which is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower over the bath. We provide towels, toilet rolls and bath matts. Unfortunately we do not provide any toiletries other than handwash.
GARDEN AREA:
There is a lawned area to the rear of the property that is securely fenced.
Bringing a pet? We allow up to 2 animals during your stay and having a secure garden gives you peace of mind knowing your pets can play freely outside.
Guest access
The guests have access to all of the house, except the locked cleaning cupboards.
