So it’s 8:10am and just had a call from a customer who was cooking breakfast at 5am and set off the fire alarm in a 6 bed HMO. Would you
a) ignore the phone and go back to sleep
b) take the call and calmly run through the alarm deactivation process
c) advise the customer to use their expensive noise-cancelling headphones and you will deal with it at a more sociable hour.
