🚨 LANDLORDS & TENANTS: The clock is ticking! ⏳

Under the new Renters’ Rights Act 2026, there is a major deadline coming up on May 31st, 2026.

If you are a landlord in England with an existing tenancy that started before May 1st, you are legally required to serve your tenants with the official government document: “The Renters’ Rights Act Information Sheet 2026.”

Here is what you need to know to stay compliant:
👉 It must be the official PDF: You cannot rewrite, summarize, or alter it. It must be downloaded directly from GOV.UK.
👉 How to send it: You must send it as a printed hard copy or as a digital PDF attachment (e.g., via email). Sending just a web link is NOT legally sufficient!
👉 The Penalty: Missing the deadline can result in hefty civil penalties of up to £7,000.

Agents and landlords, don’t leave this to the last minute! Ensure every named tenant receives their copy before May 31st.

İngiltere’deki yeni Kiracı Hakları Yasası (Renters’ Rights Act 2026) kapsamında, 31 Mayıs 2026 tarihinde çok önemli bir yasal süre doluyor.

Eğer İngiltere’de ev sahibiyseniz (landlord) ve 1 Mayıs’tan önce başlamış mevcut bir kira sözleşmeniz varsa, kiracılarınıza hükümetin resmi belgesi olan “The Renters’ Rights Act Information Sheet 2026” (Kiracı Hakları Yasası Bilgi Formu) belgesini iletmekle yasal olarak yükümlüsünüz.

Yasalara uyumlu kalmak için bilmeniz gerekenler:
👉 Resmi PDF olmalı: Belgeyi yeniden yazamaz, özetleyemez veya üzerinde değişiklik yapamazsınız. Doğrudan GOV.UK sitesinden indirilmelidir.
