Who better to show you around than someone who actually lives here?

Come take a look inside Folk Sunday Mills and see what co living in London looks like through the eyes of one of our residents.

From coworking and catching up with neighbours to workouts, movie nights and somewhere to simply switch off, there’s a lot more to Sunday Mills than your own studio.

The best bit? These aren’t spaces saved for special occasions.
They’re part of everyday life at Folk.

Autumn evenings in London look pretty good from up here.

The days might be getting a little shorter, but we don’t mind when this is the view from the rooftop at Folk Florence Dock.

Overlooking the River Thames, our rooftop is one of our favourite places to watch the light fade, see London start to glow and take in the views after a long day.

And the best bit? When you live at Florence Dock in Battersea, this is all part of home.

Here’s to rooftop sunsets, darker evenings and the start of cosy season.

Your own studio is just the beginning.

When it comes to co-living in London, Folk at Florence Dock in Battersea gives you a whole lot more space to call your own.

Need somewhere to work? Head to the coworking space.
Fancy a quiet hour? There's the library.
Workout? Gym.
Movie night? Cinema.
Drinks with friends? Bar, lounge or rooftop.

And that's before we've mentioned the games room, play room, communal kitchen...

And when the sun comes out, head up to the roof terrace for views across the River Thames and London.

Lots of shared spaces. One place to call home.

Which one are you heading to first?!

Looking for student accommodation in London this September?
Here’s what a day living at Folk could look like...

Start the morning with a Pilates class, grab breakfast, then settle into your first study session of the day.

Take a break, get the laundry done, grab some lunch and then jump back into study session #2.
But this time, you change up the location.

A gentle walk for some fresh air, dinner back at your studio, then up the communal kitchen to finish the day off in the company of your neighbours.

At Folk, you get your own private apartment, plus shared spaces to study, work out, relax and get to know your neighbours better. Oh, and your bills are included in your rent too.

Everything you need for student life in London, all under one roof. 🏠

Co living London, Bank Holiday edition.

Yesterday, our residents made the most of the long weekend by taking over the communal kitchen and cooking up a Bank Holiday brunch together.

Good food, plenty of coffee and a kitchen full of neighbours. Exactly how a Monday off should be spent.

That’s one of our favourite things about co living in London at Folk.

Our shared spaces aren't just somewhere to cook, work or hang out. They're where people meet, friendships form and moments like this happen naturally.

Same again next Bank Holiday?
