During the last decade I've been working on building Kat Prop's portfolio which currently consists of 15 units with a total value of £2.65m.
Our first property acquisition was in 2013, yet the last 8 acquisitions have been made in just the last 4 years, with a further 4 acquisitions scheduled to complete by the end of 2022.
