We did it again! 😀
Despite this year’s crisis, Renaissance Elite Club remains significantly productive. With our determination, persistence, knowledge, experience and professional staff, we acquired another property investment with a great potential.
The images below are presenting a four-bedroom, two-reception property (in Nottingham) that we will convert into two flats with self-contained units and four rooms with a shared kitchen and living area. 😉 We also plan to convert our current HMO properties into serviced accommodations. We strongly believe this will provide better and more attractive opportunities for our clients, investors, and guests.
Our opinions are based on our knowledge of the current and upcoming housing legislation, supply and demand on the rental market, experience in managing properties in both strategies, and observations on the impacts of pre and post-pandemic crisis.
With the seven serviced accommodation units available in the next few months, we are bringing a new quality of short stays to the housing market in Nottingham, Northampton, and Mansfield. We will continue to expand, and no challenge can stop us.
