My name is Enrico Ricketts, your very own personal fiduciary estate agent. I am a thoughtful, persistent, honest, hard worker, who will provide excellent service and be of assistance where possible. I will personally be in contact throughout the journey, and you will not be passed off to anyone else. I can provide a flexible agreed schedule which makes it easier to communicate with all decision-makers. Whether that is you can only arrange a time to meet after work hours or on weekends, or you can only speak during the day at a certain time, I will be able to cater to the client's individual needs. Everyone’s life circumstance is different and me providing a tailored service, is so that I can try to help remove the extra stress and make things smoother.
Being a fiduciary agent, I provide the best service, consistently operating in good faith with the client's needs first in mind. As a self-employed agent, I must take extra care of my presentation, service, and attitude toward clients. So in turn, when I do a good job for you, that is good for me and we both win. This means that I will always provide an incredible service, one which would be worthy of a referral.
In addition to the traditional marketing through portals of Rightmove, Zoopla, and on the market. Which will present your property in the best possible light with stunning photos, a floor plan, and a meaningful description. Other means of marketing can be added such as a virtual tour and drone footage for high-rise apartments. I am active on social media which can be used to share with others to both personal contacts and others within the property industry. Those who might not be actively looking, but could possibly consider or those that might have missed it online. Being part of the Keller Williams network, where agents can provide a sourcing service. We share our properties available to other agents with the possibility in mind that they may have someone to consider for your property. Thinking with an open mind and trying to maximise all opportunities for clients is the approach I will be taking.
Failing to prepare, is preparing to fail. The small things matter and can make a difference when trying to market your property. Before photos are taken, I am happy to come around and help stage the property and give advice if any changes are required. I always advise making sure the property is clean, clear and in a presentable state, this will be the same for when viewings as well. I will go through with you the documents required and advise on what the next steps will be for both of us.
Other services such as professional cleaning, removals, solicitors, and mortgage brokers for example tend to be part of the journey when moving. I have the benefit of connections to these services and others. Having everything under one roof tends to make things more manageable and easier to communicate with.
As time passes by and we get to know one another along the journey I hope to build a relationship with clients. One which we can keep in touch after and more interactions to look forward to.
