Our just completed interior project was a real case study in interior design challenges in a pandemic. The massive disruption to the global supply chain caused by the pandemic meant that this was by far the most challenging project we’ve ever worked on. Simply everything was delayed. But the end result was completely worth it, even if we do say so ourselves! We know our international clients will be pleased. Property acquired, interior designed and managed by Scion.

Our just completed acquisition project is one of our favourite projects ever. The sheer scale of this property is impressive, so much so we need to capture it in 3-4 posts to convey it in its full glory. We love what we do as acquisition agents precisely because of transactions like this. It allows us the opportunity to connect homebuyers with their dream properties, and this one ticked all the boxes in every way. Location, check; square footage, check; price / deal; check; amenities, check; we could go on... At the end of the day, what really brought this purchase home for us was the sheer joy on the clients’ faces when they walked through the doors. This is why we do this. Another happy Scion client.

We really indulged in lush emerald and gold tones for this project. Our client had seen a design project we’d just finished and wanted a similar look and feel for their project, which can sometimes be a tough ask as we like to keep the individuality of all the different projects we do. However we were able ro achieve the aesthetic the client was going for while giving this project its own unique style. We really enjoyed this one...
