Sukh’s expertise is rooted in his knowledge of construction, planning enhancement and architectural design. We are thrilled to announce that our appeal against Bexley Council has been allowed, and planning permission has officially been granted for our proposed development at The Great Harry Public House, Belvedere.

This modern scheme will deliver:

• 30 high-quality self-contained homes
• Green landscaping and urban greening features
• Secure cycle and car parking
• Accessible and wheelchair-user units
• Sustainable design including solar panels and a green roof

This decision follows a notably protracted process with the local authority which appeared somewhat out of step with the Government’s broader ambition to accelerate the delivery of new homes.
