We are delighted to share that ANT YAPI (UK) LIMITED Yapi UK has been selected to deliver the fit-out of Building 7 at the prestigious Chelsea Barracks development, following our successful completion of Building 8.

Part of Phase 4 of the landmark Belgravia scheme, this next building will see our team once again deliver exceptional interior fit-out works to the highest standard.

As part of Ant Yapi’s commitment to its employees and sub-contractors we installed a canteen at our project ensuring all employees are well fed and rested over their break periods.

It is essential that our staff on site are provided with the best option to sustain their energy levels and provide them with comfort whilst encouraging social engagement thereby reducing accidents, carelessness and sustaining morale over the working day.

Several of our employees also took the initiative to build a vegetable garden and outdoor seating area for all to be enjoyed.

Today our directors Cengizhan Karaduman and Ahmet Okay had the privilege of meeting with esteemed representative Koray Ertas at the Turkish Embassy here in London.

As a leader in the construction industry, we understand the importance of international collaboration. Prioritizing our clients' comfort, we collaborate with industry leaders for the smooth incorporation of home automation and climate control systems.

In the high-profile Eaton Place refurbishment, we integrated cutting-edge smart home technology in all rooms, connecting them to a Building Management System.

The bathrooms and powder rooms feature electric underfloor heating systems, whilst the rest of the apartment has water-based underfloor heating systems. Complimenting these are the remote-controlled gas fireplaces, adding a warm touch to the overall interior ambiance.

Moreover, these internal systems can be operated remotely via handheld smart devices. These systems are fully incorporated with the AV and Lighting control systems, advanced fire and burglary prevention measures, and HVAC controls.
