4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
2.Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).
