Sustainability usually gets sold to businesses as a compromise.

Pay a bit more.

Do it because it’s the right thing to do.

👇 Today I’m inside Fora ’s Black & White Building in Shoreditch — one of the most sustainable serviced offices in London.

And honestly, you feel it before anyone needs to explain it to you.

Timber everywhere. Plants. Natural light. That calm, Scandinavian feel.

Then you discover the kitchens, breakout spaces and roof terrace and it just keeps getting better.

This isn’t sustainability you have to sacrifice for.

There are moments when I question whether pretending to be fictional characters on LinkedIn is a sensible marketing strategy.

This was definitely one of them.

Although finding somewhere for the hot tub might be a challenge…

The accent may wander somewhere between Staines, Jamaica and absolutely nowhere recognisable 😂

The Mask is one of those loud, larger than life characters- which means there isn’t an office big enough to contain him!

But beneath the mask, he is a normal guy just getting on with his life - I think a lot of us wear a mask at work and having a great team around to support you when it slips is something we all need.

Here’s what would happen if I were to put on the mask for a viewing.
