Kingโ€™s Cross and Euston have become some of the most expensive office locations in London.

In some cases, more expensive than Mayfair.

Madness.

I probably wouldnโ€™t choose Spitalfields for my own business.

But I completely understand why some companies love it.

Most office space looks pretty similar.

doesnโ€™t.

The first thing that hits you is the colour.

Then the plants.

And before long you feel like youโ€™ve walked into a rainforest in the middle of Shoreditch.

Some people will love that.

Some people will hate it.

And thatโ€™s exactly why it works.

Theyโ€™ve never tried to be all things to all people.

They know who theyโ€™re for.

Creative businesses.

People who want energy.

People who want community.

People who want something different.

What I respect most is theyโ€™ve stuck to that vision.

While everyone else follows the same formula, Second Home have continued doing their own thing.

1200 plants.

One of the best event programmes in the industry.

A brilliant roof terrace.

And a genuine sense of community.

The lounge behind reception is ideal for meeting clients.

Then upstairs theyโ€™ve got a second breakout space which feels a bit more relaxed for the team day to day.

And the thing have over ever other office Iโ€™ve been toโ€ฆ

Their chairs!
