𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐖𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝

Once upon a time, people believed that technology was the future.
The faster, the smarter, the more advanced—it seemed like machines would carry us forward.

But then, a quiet realisation settled in our hearts:
It’s not technology that will shape tomorrow.
𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧.

Children—wide-eyed, full of wonder—who will one day walk in our shoes.
Children raised with purpose.
Children taught to hear the still, small voice of God,
Whispering truth and calling them to a Vocation.

They will grow into young men and women—not afraid to love,
To commit to holy orders, or to marry.
Pro-life, choosing to welcome new life with open arms.

They will build families—
Homes filled with laughter, discipline, prayer, and hope.

From those families will come strong communities—
Neighbours who know each other’s names,
Who help one another in hard times,
Who celebrate together in good times.

And from those communities, a nation will rise.
Not built on wealth or innovation alone, but on values:
𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞. 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡. 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.

They will work—not just hard, but wisely—
Bringing food to the table with dignity.
They will care for their own health—
Not out of vanity, but stewardship.
They will tend to the earth—
Not as owners, but as guardians.

Because the future isn’t something we code, upgrade, or download.

A Dream 15 Years in the Making…

In 2010, my better half, Neera Syrus Joseph, arrived in the UK with a dream in her heart — a dream fuelled by faith, dedication, and an unshakable commitment to grow, serve, and make a difference.

Fast forward 15 years — through countless prayers, unwavering perseverance, navigating complex processes, compliance challenges, and pulling together the right team — we are beyond thrilled to share a major milestone in our journey:

💥 In Q2 of 2025, we officially completed the acquisition of GB Dental — a fully private dental practice in the heart of Ipswich town.

This isn’t just a business acquisition. It’s a testimony of faith, patience, purpose, and partnership. It’s a reminder that when the time is right and the heart is steady, dreams do come true.

We want to take this moment to sincerely thank:
🙏 Our good Lord — for making every day a miracle
✨ Our families — for your sacrifices and endless support
🙏 Our well-wishers — for your prayers and encouragement
🤝 Our stakeholders and investors — for your trust and belief in our vision

To everyone who has walked with us, believed in us, and lifted us in moments of uncertainty — thank you. This is your win too.

Here’s to the next chapter — of faith, service, growth, and impact.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲!
In 2009 I graduated from the University of Birmingham with an MSc. Investments, a massive thank you to the of Birmingham and the , I always cherish the memories and friendships from my time at .

Like me every year, approximately 800,000 people graduate in the UK. Some go for higher education, many secure full-time/part-time jobs, a few take a gap year and travel around the world, and the smallest % of graduates go for startups trying to solve a problem. Like many graduates, I was able to secure a full-time job at Head Office, within corporate banking, which gave me a great start in the UK. After 13 years, I continue to be associated with , a great place to work and grow.

Over the years, my entrepreneurship side kept me curious, I have many ideas to solve real-time problems people face. From , , sector, , , and the list goes on. Most of my inspiration comes from the problems I have faced living in the UK, from reading a wide range of entrepreneurship-related and with like-minded people.

It was 2019, when I officially registered my first , since then I have directly or indirectly successfully launched over 15 new , most of them growing from strength to strength, couple of them successfully dissolved. This is possible because of the like-minded people and the I have built over the years, which plays the role of an incubator for startups. After the , the stays on the top followed by , , and for the startup economy. In fact, the largest number of startups registered in the UK's history was in 2020-2021, with 800,000 companies. The second highest number was the year after, between March 2021 and March 2022, with 753,168 companies. The total number of companies registered reached 4,000,000 companies in 2016-2017, and it is likely to hit 5,000,000 by March 2023 (actual numbers yet to be published).

The are the real backbone of our economy, when the grow, they create jobs, support the local economy, and solve local problems.

Next time if you come across a trying to solve a problem, do your best to support it in ways you can.

If you like to connect and share your start-up idea, please DM 😀 happy to connect and explore the possibilities.

Hᴀᴘᴘʏ ᴛᴏ sʜᴀʀᴇ ᴏᴜʀ Q3 ɴᴇᴡsʟᴇᴛᴛᴇʀ﹕

Our achievements in Q3 demonstrate our commitment to the mission of the JDC group of companies, we have a simple mission “To solve the housing crisis in the UK”, and we know, it is not an easy one. We are focused on achieving our mission through collaboration, collective effort and long-term investments.

At JDC group we had four exciting development projects which were initiated at the end of Q1. Happy to announce the four projects were successfully completed in Q3. I take this opportunity to thank our Power Team, investors, internal and external stakeholders, family and friends for their continued support and Trust.

As the economic climate is changing drastically, our team has worked hard and stayed focused on the ongoing projects. This demonstrates the experience of The Power Team to make it possible.

In Q3 our development projects GDV crossed £1.4 million. Our highest GDV was achieved in a quarter. As we continue to hit new milestones, we are investing in growing our team and exploring new avenues in the value chain, to expand and continue the growth story.

For further details please take time to read our Q3 newsletter. We have a track record of completing development projects and a strong pipeline for new projects. If you wish to know more and get involved, please reach out to us and we are happy to arrange a discovery call.

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 – 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲!

The fundamental question to ask is, are you in the Growth mindset zone?
Research shows that mindsets play a significant role in determining life’s outcomes. By understanding, adapting and shifting your mindset, you can improve your health, decrease your stress and become more resilient to life’s challenges. The easy way to identify is by asking yourself a couple of questions.

1. Failure is an opportunity to grow, if you have not failed, you have not tried hard enough.
2. I can learn to do anything I want. I am a lifelong student, always willing to learn.
3. Challenges help me to grow as an Individual and help unlock my full potential.
4. Feedback is a constructive, open-door policy to receive feedback.
5. I like to try new things, new ways, new places and new ventures.

Over the years, I have learned and implemented a Growth mindset, and how to stay in the Growth mindset zone.

A growth mindset is different to different people,

Kendra Cherry, who is a psychosocial rehabilitation specialist, shares how to unfix the fixed mindset:
𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲. An important factor when building a growth mindset is seeing the value in your journey. When you're fixated on the end result, you miss out on all the things you could be learning along the way.
𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬. Replace negative thoughts with more positive ones to build a growth mindset.
𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬. Making mistakes is one of the best ways to learn.5 So, instead of shying away from challenges, embrace them.

As long as you are enjoying what you are doing, you can move into the Growth mindset zone, in your current situation, venture, startup, profession, or vocation you can move forward with passion and achieve more with a growth mindset.
