This has been a long journey but we got there in the end. Huge congratulations to both- the seller and the buyer for being so helpful and patience all the way through the process. It’s incredible that even though, both sides wanted to get this done, the solicitors made this transaction almost impossible to complete..I never put so much effort and hard work into the process of assisting with the sale and the purchase. I don’t regret any of this, I’ve learnt and opened the door to more possibilities. The end feedback from the seller and the buyer - “ Could not have done it without your help..” tells me all :)
