The terrific trio....don't you just love them? I for one am very happy to pay towards their enormous salaries, bonuses and pensions. Have Rendall and Rittner ''influenced'' your Residents' Association? Here are some important signs:

Chair or senior people in committee believe they have a special relationship with R and R but in fact R and R continue to hike service charges

Chair/committee insist Rendall and Rittner are improving despite lack of any meaningful evidence

3 days after R&R complain to Chair of your committee about a petition against them run by a committee member, committee members are banned from criticising Rendall and Rittner or running petitions against them

Rendall and Rittner are allowed to choose which committee members they will work with

The Chair meets R&R Directors in private and no meaningful notes of the meetings exist, or if they do they are not shared with residents

Residents are not consulted

Meetings between residents and Rendall and Rittner never happen or are very rare

Your committee seems to strongly oppose Right to Manage and / or misinforms residents about whether it is possible

There are no committee elections

If you can say 'Yes' to all or most of the above then you may have an ''influenced'' residents' association.

I can say 'yes' to all or most of the above with regard to Chelsea Bridge Wharf.....
