Big agencies dropped the ball. Independents picked it up. 🎬

Just filmed a reel with at an apartment that’s been sitting on the market for three weeks with a corporate agency — empty, badly presented, and frankly disgusting when we walked in.

Here’s what should have happened: speak to the tenants, get them to tidy up, premarket the property, line up viewings before they move out. Zero void. Happy landlord.

Here’s what actually happened: nothing. They left it. Now the landlord is paying for an empty flat AND a deep clean, all because no one could be bothered to make a phone call.

That’s why they lost the business.

Ian and I are now rolling up our sleeves — cleaning, tidying, restaging, and getting it presented properly. It’ll be let in no time.
