Exciting to be back on site at Alexandra Gate this week alongside Berkeley St William and Haringey Council , seeing the space before fit-out works begin.

AWP has exchanged on 23,000 sq ft of affordable workspace, which will become home to 40 SMEs when the studios open in January 2027, supported by Haringey Council.

We look forward to seeing this building come to life over the coming months!

At AWP, we take recycling pretty seriously…just not always in the way you’d expect.

The most sustainable space is often the one that already exists - it just needs a new purpose.

A building sat empty for five years. Today, it’s home to 28 creative businesses.

Creative Centre SE14 is proof that with the right space, a little imagination and the right people, buildings can become something much bigger than four walls and a roof.

What was once an unused commercial building in New Cross is now home to photographers, filmmakers, designers, artists, architects and makers, with tenants regularly collaborating, hosting exhibitions and supporting one another along the way.

Many of the businesses at SE14 are occupying their first ever dedicated studio space, a milestone that’s easy to underestimate, but can make a huge difference to a growing business.

We’re incredibly proud of what has been created at SE14, not just because the building is full, but because it’s full of talented people doing interesting things.
